Through its Humanitarian Outreach & Community Support Program, Mizpah Foundation responds quickly and compassionately to crises across Kenya — from natural disasters to social unrest. These efforts ensure that affected families receive food, shelter, clothing, and long-term recovery support. Our mission is simple: to bring hope where pain exists and to restore dignity where it’s been lost.
In the aftermath of the Solai Dam tragedy in Nakuru County, Mizpah Foundation opened its Home of Love Centre – Bahati to accommodate 20 orphaned children who lost their families in the disaster. Working alongside the Kimani Ngunjiri Foundation, we provided food, clothing, and educational support, helping those children start a new chapter of life through love and learning. Similarly, during the 2007–2008 Post-Election Violence, the Foundation rescued displaced children, offering full scholarships and emotional care until they completed their education.
Our humanitarian outreach extends beyond emergencies — it’s about standing with communities through all seasons. The annual Hand of Mercy Christmas Outreach brings food, clothing, and joy to hundreds of vulnerable families across Kenya. During these moments, volunteers, partners, and friends of Mizpah Foundation unite to share not only material gifts but also love, prayer, and encouragement. It’s our way of reminding people that even in hard times, they are seen, valued, and loved.
